Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

Visa required. Canadians need a tourist visa for stays in commercial accommodations, with exceptions.

Canada lists a tourist visa as required for stays in commercial accommodations (exceptions apply) and a guest visa for private accommodations. Visa requests are submitted online to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Canada, and Canada's regular passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you expect to leave Russia.
