How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

Visa required. US passport holders must apply for a Russian visa before they travel.

The US State Department's page says a visa is required and you must apply before you travel. Your passport must have 6 months' validity beyond your date of departure and 2 blank pages per stamp. Declare 10,000 USD or more on entry; you may take out up to 3,000 USD or equivalent.
