Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

Registration required. Irish passport holders must complete the Dominican Republic eTicket before travel.

Irish citizens do not need a visa. Visitors are normally granted a 30-day stay on arrival, and may need to show evidence of return or onward travel. All passengers must register their details on the government’s eTicket website in advance of travel. Irish passports must be valid for at least 6 months from entry.
