Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. Spanish passport holders visit the Dominican Republic without a visa for tourism, for up to 30 days.

The Spanish Foreign Ministry says Spanish citizens, like other foreigners, can stay as tourists for a maximum of thirty days without a visa. It recommends always traveling with a valid Spanish passport, because airlines will not board passengers with only a DNI. The Dominican authorities also ask for proof of funds for the stay.
