Do German passport holders need a visa for the Dominican Republic?
Covers 11 passports and 80 destinations. Rules older than 30 days are flagged for re-check.
How this tool works
We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.
How we checkNo visa. German passport holders visit the Dominican Republic without a visa for one entry of up to 30 days.
The Federal Foreign Office says German citizens need no visa for a single entry and a stay of up to 30 days; a stay beyond 30 days needs a paid extension, otherwise a fine is due at departure. All travelers fill in the electronic e-Ticket for entry and exit, and a return ticket must be shown. A passport is accepted; an ID card is not.
