Do Canadian passport holders need a visa for Lebanon?

Covers 11 passports and 80 destinations. Rules older than 30 days are flagged for re-check.

Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

Visa required. Canadian passport holders need a tourist visa, available at Lebanese missions abroad or at any port of entry.

Make sure the visa covers your whole stay, because an expired visa must be extended by Lebanese authorities before you can leave. Canada advises avoiding all travel to Lebanon, and you can be refused entry if your passport shows an Israeli visa or border stamp.
