How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

Visa required. French passport holders need a valid visa to visit India.

French travelers are subject to visa requirements. For a tourist e-visa, apply online and pay the application fee; applications can be submitted 4 to 120 days before departure for 1-year or 5-year visas, or 4 to 30 days before departure for a 30-day visa. A 30-day e-tourist visa is valid for 30 days from the first arrival; 1-year and 5-year e-tourist visas allow stays of up to 90 days per visit and 180 days per calendar year. The passport must expire at least 6 months after the visa expires and have at least 2 blank pages.
