Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. Canadian passport holders do not need a tourist visa for stays up to 30 days.

Travel.gc.ca says a tourist visa is not required for stays up to 30 days and that you must apply for a visa from immigration authorities to stay longer. Overstaying may lead to a fine, detention or deportation. Canada also says you must complete the online travel declaration form before you travel, and customs officials may ask for a return or onward ticket and proof of funds.
