Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. Australian passport holders do not need a visa for visits of less than 30 days.

Smartraveller says Australians do not need a visa for visits of less than 30 days, and that after 30 days the local immigration office must re-stamp your passport for a fee. You need to complete and submit an entry form before travelling. The airline ticket usually includes a departure tax; if it does not, Smartraveller says to pay USD 55.50 in cash.
