Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

Online registration required. Austrian passport holders must complete Guatemala’s migration form before arrival.

A visa is not required. Each traveler must complete the Boleta de Migración electronically from 14 days before entry or departure; the form sends a QR code by email, which must be printed or saved as a screenshot. Entry may be refused if the form is missing. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months at entry; a further 90 days can be requested from the immigration authority.
