Al Khazan Park is a public park in Dubai’s Al Safa area. It was redeveloped in 2016 as a zero-energy park, with solar power used for its electricity, irrigation system and night lighting. Photovoltaic panels on site generate the energy used in the park.

The park dates back to the late 1980s, and its redevelopment gave the existing green space a new focus on solar-powered operations. The water tower at its center remains a defining feature. At night, violet lights illuminate the park.
