Zayed International Airport’s Terminal A replaced the former Terminals 1 and 3. The new terminal was needed as flight numbers grew, including services from low-cost carriers such as Air Arabia and Wizz Air. Its spacious layout gives passengers room to walk between facilities and find a place to sit during a connection.

The airport has cafés, restaurants, duty-free stores, luxury-brand shops, beauty salons, lounges and refreshment areas. The range gives you ways to fill a long wait, although dining options tend toward upscale choices. The terminal also has prayer rooms and business lounges.
