Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. British passport holders visit Nicaragua visa-free for up to 90 days.

GOV.UK says you can visit Nicaragua for up to 90 days without a visa, but may be refused entry without an onward ticket. You must pay an arrival tax of 10 US dollars in cash. The 90 days are shared with Guatemala and El Salvador under CA-4 and do not restart at borders.
