How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

eTA required. Portuguese passport holders need an ETA for tourist stays in New Zealand up to 3 months.

Portuguese passport holders do not need a visa for tourism stays up to 3 months, but must obtain an ETA. The passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the planned departure date. Travelers need a return ticket to Portugal or a ticket to another destination where they are allowed entry, and proof of sufficient funds, about NZD 1,000 per person per month.
