Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. Portuguese passport holders can visit France for up to 3 months without a visa or stay authorization.

No visa or stay authorization is needed for visits or tourism of up to 3 months. After 3 months, a residence authorization is required from the prefecture or its dependent services. Portuguese citizens should identify themselves with a Citizen Card.
