Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. French passport holders do not need a visa to visit Slovenia.

French citizens do not need a visa for any length of stay. For a stay of less than 90 days while staying with friends or family, travelers must register at the nearest police station within 3 days of arrival, accompanied by their host. Hotel and camping accommodation handles registration; for private rentals, check with the host whether it was completed. Stays over 90 days require a residence certificate.
