How we check

No visa. Spanish passport holders visit Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days in each 6 months.

Spain's foreign ministry says Spanish citizens need no visa to visit Morocco as tourists. The legal maximum is 6 months a year and no more than 90 days in each 6-month period, and overstaying can lead to a court appearance and fines. The passport must have more than 6 months of validity and stay valid for the whole stay, and the national ID card does not allow entry.
