No visa. Portuguese passport holders do not need a visa for stays under 90 days in Norway.

Portuguese citizens do not need a visa for stays under 90 days. For longer stays, a residence or work permit is required through the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI). A Portuguese citizen card is accepted for travel, though a valid passport is recommended for administrative and legal matters.
