Do Spanish passport holders need a visa for Greece?

Covers 11 passports and 80 destinations. Rules older than 30 days are flagged for re-check.

Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. Spanish citizens can enter Greece with a DNI or a passport.

Greece is an EU and Schengen member, so Spanish citizens need no visa and are not registered in the EES. The Spanish foreign ministry says the DNI is enough to enter Greece and urges you to check the expiry date of whichever document you carry.
