Galerie 127

Galerie 127 opened in 2006 and has since hosted more than 100 exhibitions. Its programme brings together photographers from Morocco and abroad, with a particular focus on images from the Maghreb region. The gallery has supported emerging artists while also presenting established photographers, including Mouna Saboni, Daoud Aoulad Syad, Yasmina Bouziane and Safaa Mazirh.

The exhibitions change, so the subjects and styles on view depend on what is currently showing. Past work has included photographs from the 1980s noted for their vivid colours, as well as contemporary images of Morocco and the surrounding region.
