Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. Austrian passport holders do not need a visa to visit the Netherlands.

Austrian citizens may enter with a passport or national identity card. A passport may be accepted even if it has been expired for up to 5 years, but use of a valid passport is strongly recommended. An identity card must be valid for the entire trip.
