No visa. Canadian passport holders visit Türkiye visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180 for tourism.

The Government of Canada lists a tourist visa as not required for stays of up to 90 days in a 180-day period; business, work, student and medical visas are required. A regular Canadian passport must be valid for at least 150 days from the date you enter. To start a new 90-day visa-free stay you must first leave for at least 90 days.
