Do Spanish passport holders need a visa for Denmark?

Covers 11 passports and 80 destinations. Rules older than 30 days are flagged for re-check.

Do you need a visa?

How this tool works

We read the official notice for each pair and record the date. Nothing here is generated; a pair with no written check is not shown.

How we check

No visa. Spanish citizens can enter Denmark with a DNI or a passport.

Denmark is an EU and Schengen member, so Spanish citizens need no visa and are not registered in the EES. The Spanish foreign ministry says Spanish citizens can enter with a passport or DNI that has not expired, and recommends at least three months of validity at entry because Danish authorities run random checks.
