CULTURAL CENTER OF SPAIN PARK

The park covers a long stretch of the Paraná bank in central Rosario, from Sarmiento Street to Entre Ríos Street. Its walkways and grand staircases run over the downtown river banks, which gives the walk its changes of level and its views over the water.

The sections along that stretch are not all alike, so it is worth walking the whole length rather than stopping at the first viewpoint. Trees give shade in places, and the grassy areas are where many people sit with friends or family.
