Designed by Rem Koolhaas and completed in 2013, it brings offices, apartments and Hotel Nhow together in one of the Netherlands’ largest buildings. The Rotterdam

The Rotterdam stands on Wilhelminakade in Kop van Zuid, on the south side of the city. Rem Koolhaas designed the 149-metre complex, completed in 2013. Three rectangular towers connect to form a single building, with offices and apartments as well as Hotel Nhow.

Its shifting outline gives the skyline a distinctive profile. The building is visible from the Erasmus Bridge, making the bridge a useful spot to take in its shape alongside the river.
